@@chancegv I've been in this industry a long time, Mike Larocco was a fast consistent rider to never hold a primer title, Daytona had Seen ahead of Tomac only to be tapped by 6 sec. The only to take a title from Tomac or Roczen would be speed or luck. Weeb admitted to not being fast. What else do you need to hear

I'm with you on this despite really liking Kenny as a rider. He has the most races, he's proven that he can win when striating mid-pack and is not making mistakes like he has in previous sx seasons. Webb might even be a bigger long shot via the point discrepancy and grabbing only one win. He's good like Dungy and consistent, but he doesn't have the speed of Eli or Kenny.

Base? They are paid upfront when they sign contracts. Then bonuses on top for results. Then don't forget sponsor money. I bet he's banking $3 mil a year. Manufacturers give a $1 mil bonus for a championship in the 450 class.
