Well before getting really excited. Take a good look at what hoses you can get made and what fittings you can get. A 2700-3500 psi hose isn’t worth a dang on a 10000 psi system! I see this often when people think they can get a hose made at Napa for a porta power. It’s very dangerous!!!!! Be warned. If that’s a 2 ton jack it’s probably already capable of blowing whatever hose you have made. Unless you order a porta power hose. And it won’t be pipe aka npt thread. And don’t use thread tape. Use some form of hydraulic thread sealant. I prefer loctite. 545/565 and only use machined hydraulic fittings. Anything from pipe stock will be a very low psi rating.

it’s Strange i’m almost 60years old and everytime i see a Hydraulic Bottle Jack it reminds me of one of the greatest Values for my money i’ve ever gotten, allow me to explain Years ago in the 1970s through the 1980s the old Department store KMart used to carry a line of Bottle Jacks that was branded with their Logo and came in a fairly nice Blow Molded Case with a place to put the Handle inside of the Case they carried many models ranging from 1 ton up to 20 Ton Rated Capacity and i bought a One ton version that i had always kept in whatever vehicle i had and used for towing any Trailer i’ve owned with a few miscellaneous Off Cuts of Lumber and some basic hand tools that little Jack saved my butt many times during my travels with having to do some roadside repairs i also kept a few basic Trailer Parts in my Toolbox like spare Hubs ,Bearings and WheelBearing Grease along with some GoJo Hand cleaner and Rags i usually did all my own Maintenance on all my Boat Trailers ,TravelTrailers ,and Car Haulers and when i performed that Maintenance on the Hubs and Brakes i always recorded the part numbers and sizes into a Log i kept for that Specific Trailer when those parts went on Sale i would purchase spares and put them in a ToolBox / Storage area on that trailer for any future repairs i may need or while traveling on the Highways if i saw others broken down pulling their Trailer i wouldn’t hesitate to stop and see if i could assist them i always taped the receipts onto the boxes of the new parts and if they were a part that could help a Stranded Traveler i took nothing but a handshake ,thankyou, and the repayment of the Cost of those parts my time and Labor was that of a Good Samaritan and i usually asked them to pay it foward if they could we all need a little help from time to time and i’ve had Strangers help me and my Family before back to my KMart thing i’m sure KMart didn’t manufacture their ownJacks but i wish they were still around i have one Jack that’s every bit of 35 years old and still works terriffic for many years the Price Tag was on the case and it was under $15.00

Still have mine in the cardboard box. Take it out, use it, put it back in its box.
