Reality Great!! Very fast. I drove along with you during your video and was really amazed about the results already. But still I have a lot to learn, I liked your comparison with the training of a tennis player. That is true.

Hi Chris, I'm doing now your course of portrait drawing on UDEMY and I find it very amazing. I have one question. What is rhythm what is our goal by using it? I can understand the planes and their use ,but I haven't understood what exactly the rhythm is. Could you please explain it? Thanks.

And do we have to draw rhythm and planes at the same time?
@ChrisPetrocchi Жыл бұрын
as u learn them do them separately. as you get familiar and comfortable you can use the one you like most or use them in combination at the same time. whatever works best for the model and lighting situation

Great tutorial !, thanks !!. Could you take this just one step further please, by actually rendering the drawing method, it would be great to see an example of a image / picture reproduced in this method and rendered for a comparison ? I think I would get a lot out of this. Anyway great video, keep it up :)

You really should give credit to Fred Fixler who actually did the sketches of the original abstraction and planes of the head at the beginning of this video. Thank you.

Interesting but far to fast for a beginner to learn from and not enough information for the beginner to really understand what is going on and how it’s going to benefit them.

Too fast for me...LOL!

yes it went by very quickly. it's one of those things you have to watch several times and then practice about 10-15 times before it gets into your muscle memory/neurology.
