We make three versions of viburnum berries for long-term storage and use of the product. For storage in the freezer squeezed juice of berries without sugar (can be used for people for whom sugar is contraindicated) and cake (compotes, fruit drinks, etc.). For storage in the refrigerator - jelly with sugar, can be used as jam.
Viburnum berries contain a number of the most important vitamins. They also contain potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron and essential oils. Thus, it is a true combined source of all vitamins and antioxidants. Useful properties: preventing the development of cancer cells, strengthening the immune system, preventing and treating vitamin deficiency, lowering blood pressure, treating colds and many others.
Work progress:
Wash the berries
We remove berries from branches
Grind with a blender
Rub through a sieve
Separate oilcake
Pour into sliders (sachets)
Place the oilcake in the sliders (sachets)
Add sugar to the second part of the mass (one to one)
Mix well
Let stand for 1 hour
1 hour has passed, pour into sterile jars
Close with sterile lids
Store jars in the refrigerator, sliders (sachets) in the freezer.
