When I had a Chanel rep apply the Complexion Touch, they mixed it with their fingers in the palm of their hand before applying to my face with a brush. They said the back of your hand soaks up too much of the product. So I've used the palm of my hand, and it works so well! I then use a BK Beauty brush to apply the mixed foundation to my face. This could probably also work for the similar Covergirl product as well.

I have the CG essence foundation, and have only tried the Chanel water fresh tint once (not the one you have, but similar and is also being compared next to the CG) -- I think CG's version isn't anything to sneeze at, esp with the steeeep $50 difference. I would say that the difference in performance is pretty minimal. The CG feels very lovely on my dry skin, but I also always skin prep beforehand (because nothing looks great directly on my dry skin). :)

I know I'm really late to this video but wanted to mention that I was looking at the 2 diff. concealers online at Ulta recently - the Laura Mercier one ($33) and the Fenty beauty one ($30) - the LM concealer has 0.18oz while the Fenty one has 0.30oz. So you're getting almost 1/2 the product you would get w/ Fenty for $3 extra!

That Milk blush reminds me of an older product from Too Faced, same kind of translucent stick that was delicately fruity scented. I hung on to the ones I had as long as I could, and always regretted that they had gone the way of the dinosaur.. so I'm going to have to try the Milk product now

I noticed that the Kim palette is made and assembled in the same places as the Pat McGrath latest non mothership palettes. Likely made in the same labs so quality should be pretty good!

Morgan, you turned me onto the Clarins lip oil, and it truly is the best in my opinion.. It’s better than Dior. If you like a thick lip oil like I do. It does feeling all the lines and it looks like shiny glass. Plus, it’s cheaper than the Dior. I think the Dior is $40 in the Clarins I believe is 32. However, the Dior is prettier packaging, and it just feels good pulling a Dior out of your bag. The Clarins does not give you that luxury feeling at all😂.

People seem to like being ripped off. If the quality of the shadows is there then why get hung up on packaging? Unless the shadows aren't properly protected inside I don't have a problem with it. The Mario packaging is also bland and $50, and Viseart built their brand on the nothing packaging of their $80 palettes. Patrick Ta packaging is cute, but they skimp on quality control. I don't need this palette, but I trust Morgan about the quality. Looking like it's wrapped in a paper bag wouldn't be an issue.

It’s such a nice product and nobody ever talks about it either…. I had gotten a teeny tiny sample last year in a Boxy or ipsy. It must’ve been ipsy because I don’t think boxy charm did the deluxe samples … Anyway, I had never heard of it before, and that’s when I fell in love with it, went online and bought the full size . If I’m remembering correctly, I think there was only three shades.

Just a small detail - you are using Chanel's concealer instead of the fondation, the formula of the fondation is even more hydrating but less pigmented. For the fondation- you are Medium light, for the concealer- B20

Im a bit disappointed with the ND Berry Pop Cheek Trio palette. The cream blush is very pigmented and difficult to apply evenly with or without the glow cream base. The dream glow highlighter started turning hard pan quickly no matter what brush, sponge, or puff I tried using.

Kim’s new eyeshadow palette looks so plain when you open it… I couldn’t figure out why it looks so odd, and then I realized because there’s no names written under the shades. I didn’t realize how the names of shades printed in a pallet ads a lot of visual. Because this pallet really looks strange when you open it… I have to wonder if Mario sold him his leftover pigment formula from his eyeshadows to create hers at a discounted rate, then making it from scratch. Kind of a one hand washes the other thing going on because most of the shades look identical.🤨

Your Chanel product is advertised as the concealer for the big bottle of water fresh that has less coverage/beads. I bought the big one a little while back. I like it but it’s certainly not a foundation or even a Tinted moisturizer. It just gives your skin, nice hydration, and a little bit of evenness. I wanted to get the one that you have to use as the concealer with its big sister. I see as you are in the demo it has definitely more coverage than the big sister so I can see why it would be considered the Concealer. But I think using it as a Foundation you’re gonna run through that $70 bottle in no time .
