We lived there, 35 years ago, and I still miss Atlanta. I search the crowds for familiar faces, though some I know have passed on. I hope to see children or grandchildren of the friends from those days. We had a group we called the dancing fools and we loved the guitarist Glenn Phillips and his band. The first time I saw a full dance floor, dancing to his killer fast music with no vocals, young men just jumping up and down and couples of all sorts of ability, or lack of ability, I felt I had found my people.

It references the first hit of Kate Bush in 1977, a #1 in about 20 countries around the world. In the first video of it, she did a freeform expressive dance in head-to-toe crimson. The participants in this ROCKY HORROR-like tribute are emulating that joie de vivre, even by 'running up that hill' at the end, a nod to a later classic of hers...
