? it literally looks like they carpet bombed the trail with orange markers lol
@meredithjones85936 ай бұрын
@@Wanderlust073Yes there were flags but they were orange which, at his pace, seemed to blend in with the ground. Also there were plenty of times when there was no trail at all. If I was rushing I would easily get off the path. Speaking for myself on this one.

Nice race! I have a 5-mile race this weekend but on the road. First one on the road this year so I know it will be fast. Then into a 50K training block. I'm 46 and still feel like I can keep up with the younger pups.

Love the footage Seth! I raced an Ultramarathon this past weekend (50k) length in preparation for hiking the world famous Half Dome trail this coming Monday! The race was amazing up until mile 23 where a racer was on the ground, out of water, and in bad bad shape. At that point I gave up my race to make the last cut off time and decided to support his needs, giving him my water, food, and attention until support could get to him. These situations reminded me that we “race” for the community of fellow runners, for the love of being on the trails, and for the opportunity to uplift those who need it; something you do for so many of us through your content and relentless commitment to seeking beauty, working hard, and loving each other. Cheers to all of those who raced and will be racing this summer.
