The Mourne Wall Hike 2022 | wild camping

The Mourne wall hike is a highly challenging route taking in 7 of the 10 highest mountains in the Mournes and Northern Ireland, by following the historic Mourne wall.
We did this spectacular hike over 2 days, wild camping half way through.

Thanks so much :) packs actually weren’t too bad as we decided to go stoveless so just had to carry tents , sleeping gear and ALOT of snacks lol

This hike is nineteen miles with significant elevation change. No one does that in 3hrs. You must be thinking of some other hike.

@@Bazza_5968 that’s a great time! But as the title suggests on the video , it was hiking not running I was after :)

@@Bazza_5968 That may be true but that's a trail runner's time and a top time at that (no pack and perhaps supported). It is not fair to compare this to hiking with a pack. For most well-conditioned long-distance hikers, in steep, rocky terrain, 19 miles would be a difficult, long day - not 3 hrs.
