A lovely video showcasing one of the best parts of Ireland. I've camped at the head of the Ben Crom reservoir too - could it be the wild pitch with the best view on this island? Do you still have the Pioneer2 tent? Are you not using it much nowadays? And the pitch atop Commendagh seems quite accommodating. I've not pitched there. How far down from that tower is the blue tap? Regards Wadirunner.
@jamesoutandaboutn.i2272 жыл бұрын
Cheers matey. Yea it was a brilliant spot. Yea I still have the pioneer but I used the 3ful for this trip because its lighter for putting the miles in. I will be using it more now with winter camps. The tap is not to far down its easy to see when you get closer to it with the water running down from it. Thanks for watching atb James

Class adventure there James, you covered some miles. Never had those summit to eat meals before, must give them a try. It looked quite windy there on the first night, did the tent cope ok? Thanks for sharing again, ATB.
@jamesoutandaboutn.i2272 жыл бұрын
Cheers matey. Yea the picked up to around 35mph. The tent held up really well but wouldn't like to try it in stronger winds ha. The summit to eat meals are definitely nicer than the adventure food ones but a little bit more expensive. Thanks for watching mate atb
