There are numerous miracle about kimbangu, for example when he was captured, they shot him with many bullets he didn’t die, but instead found preaching in another region in the Congo, captured again they cut him into pieces and put him in an acide gallon, they heard of him in another region preaching the salute of black people around the world and operating miracle. But because of Him, the ruling authority was killing a lot of innocents so he decided then to surrender himself after making sure that his disciples learnt enough. Once in prison, he was hungry, then he was served poisoned pigeon, he looked it then said: fly. The pigeon came back to life. The death of Kimbangu until now remains mysterious even the church can’t really tell an authentic version. In fact the church is believed to have been corrupt and christianized, while Kimbangu teaching were based on Kongo traditional spirituality and not Christianity. That’s why the Belgium authorities made sure to finance, infiltrate the church and fill in Christian indoctrination. This is well put together and thank you for doing so!! I partly grew up in Congo, and knew of Simon Kimbangu. I dug deeper into his story while doing my master’s in Linguistics and was flabbergasted by this God-sent, under-sung gem of Congo - that history and Congolese have not given enough praise, acknowledgement or credit. To your point his story, humility and prophecies are compelling, but also sad because the pattern seems that the authentication and what he truly stood for (just my opinion) has not been well continued and the real Ngungas have not surfaced enough. He always made it a point to state he was sent by Jesus and what he did was not from his own power. Yet today we hear some followers who elevate him to the rank of God, when he himself didn’t. At the time of deciding his fate the Protestants wanted a soft approach to handling him, whereas hardliner Catholics wanted to see him stopped and to your point he was arrested. What won me over was his statement “ Nzambi (God) gave to each human group (nkangu wa bantu) a language which he uses as an alliance of communication (Nsinga wa Mbila)” Loved your video! Ina

There are numerous miracle about kimbangu, for example when he was captured, they shot him with many bullets he didn’t die, but instead found preaching in another region in the Congo, captured again they cut him into pieces and put him in an acide gallon, they heard of him in another region preaching the salute of black people around the world and operating miracle. But because of Him, the ruling authority was killing a lot of innocents so he decided then to surrender himself after making sure that his disciples learnt enough. Once in prison, he was hungry, then he was served poisoned pigeon, he looked it then said: fly. The pigeon came back to life. The death of Kimbangu until now remains mysterious even the church can’t really tell an authentic version. In fact the church is believed to have been corrupt and christianized, while Kimbangu teaching were based on Kongo traditional spirituality and not Christianity. That’s why the Belgium authorities made sure to finance, infiltrate the church and fill in Christian indoctrination.
