I think a spring loaded spoiler, one that will only allow for enough down force. Too much down force will slow you down and can be dangerous. I haven't seen them before, so you might have to invent it, but I I think 500-750 Lbs of downforce could be beneficial

@dawiebotes9124 Жыл бұрын
@@1234567890CAB True but shortening 1st would be a really big deal considering the current tire size. Also if he gets the slip he wanted he could end up actually getting into 5th with this rear end, would be nuts.
@1234567890CAB Жыл бұрын
@@dawiebotes9124 I thought about that too, but my understanding is that gear-sets have ideal ratios between gears. In other words if you change first, ideally you'd need to tweak second, then third, etc. But if you change your tires or final drive it's shifting the whole set. It would be easier to say if I knew all the specs. Regardless, smaller tires would absolutely be much easier to test out without having to modify the drivetrain

When I took an SW20 to 160mph the steering got super light and really sketchy. I assumed the the air going over the hood would force the front end of the car down but something was definitely going on. It was definitely lifting enough to where I could feel it. I can't imagine what a 1000hp motor combined with going 180mph is doing. Someone commented to get it checked in a wind tunnel but definitely take a look into getting some extra downforce on the nose. Also, this nucking futs now. I've been here since the beginning when you were working on your first hatch. Since then, I've had nothing but Honda's and also having the time of my life! Cheers!
