That recording of Dogpack being fired... Raises more questions than it answers? Who was recording, him or the COO? How did Soggy get a hold of it? And most importantly, was everyone in that room aware they were being recorded? It may not violate the law (depends on the state) but recording your employees being fired without telling them they're being recorded is sus. Because I'm gonna be real with you, assuming that the file name at 0:01 is accurate, that sure does suggest that this is a *company* recording. And so I naturally wonder how it is that Soggy, who has gained access to a suspicious number of Mr. Beast employees, got a hold of it. He failed to include details about how he was treated by the MrBeast team, and he pretty much sat there during the interviews, gulping down whatever the Beast employees were feeding him without pressing them like on the charity part. Hey man I like a lot of your content...but this does come off as a bit of MrBeast glazing...I think everyone following this drama felt like dogpack was a bit off from the get go and no one with 5 active brain cells was taking his word as definitive truth but just highlights of a situation that was worth someone more serious looking into. Beautifully said. Concise and correct. Tom being in contact with Mr. Beast in any way that is not in the form of an interview is informal personal banter. If he wasn't comfortable showing the actual screenshot of HIS own communication with Mr. Beast then I fear he has something even more malicious to hide: being paid off. He has a large viewer base and could have easily been sent a few minorly convincing texts and a fat stack of cash and crumbled under the pressure of talking to the biggest KZbinr ever. There was nearly no discussion regarding the allegations of Mr. Beast and refuting them, only trying to diminish the validity of Dogpack404's intention. Just because he has incentive to go after Mr. Beast, as he is clearly upset about his removal from the company, it does not immediately disprove the claims. There is value in assessing such statements, and as we have, we've also found several of them to be true to at least some extent, or corroborated at the very least.

I definitely concur. There's little incentive to capitalize on attention from the Mr. Beast situation due to the nature of her content. I'm not super familiar with her but I checked out her videos and social media and her brand has not changed since the allegations surfaced. This being said, no one can know her true intentions. I thought it was a little disrespectful when Tom decided to throw shade on her for fulfilling her father's dying wish. I checked out the episode of her podcast where she talks about it and it was something that he specifically asked for before his passing. They even waited 5 years to do it because of concerns of judgement, but decided to go through with his wish regardless for the 5th year marking of his passing. So many stranger things have been done with ashes so I think the judgement is unfair and plain rude whether you agree with her takes on the Mr. Beast allegations or not.

Soggy's video, when you sit back and really watch it, doesn't actually help Jimmy. Most of it was Soggy reluctantly admitting the accusations were largely credible even if Dogpak embellished a few things. If I were a betting man I'd say the only reason the video was made at all is because Jimmy paid him to make it. At the end of the day "Mr.Beast" Is still an incredibly unethical business man who not only doesn't understand the law of his own business, but shows a certain degree of contempt for it. The Crypto Pump-n-Dumps kind of says all that needs to be said.

*UNDENIABLE PROOF THAT SOGGY WAS PAID OFF*: 1) Soggy admits in interview with Chud Logic that Dustin, one of the Beast employees he interviewed, paid for his flight and hotel. He also stated that Mr. Beast was aware of the upcoming interview with Dustin prior to it taking place. This does not prove but obviously implies that Mr. Beast reimbursed Dustin after he paid Soggy. Soggy also stated in the same interview that he refuses to disclose his financial connection to Mr. Beast and Dustin in the description of the video even though it would take two seconds. 2) Mr. Beast commented on the video when it first came out, saying "Finally a video about me that isn't slander" which is just an awful look if you want to make this video look organic and not like a paid for puff piece. In addition Mr. Beast has been shilling the video to various creators to boost its visibility, and advising that he would "rather not" have these DM's shown to each creator's audience. Why doesn't he want them to show the DM's? 3) During the interview with Kara (The Hiring Manager and former HR lady), she calls the Chef and says "Hey I've got soggy on the phone". The Chef immediately knows who Soggy is and doesn't ask any questions, despite supposedly having no prior knowledge of this interview. 4) Finally this isn't proof Soggy got paid but Mr. Beast's team says in the video that it's Dogpack's fault that "people wont walk again" referring to charities not wanting to work with them anymore. That is one of the wildest things I've ever heard if that isn't slander I don't know what is. Anyway TL;DR: Soggy Lyed People Dyed.
