Love this, thank you for making this video! I have the same issue with my Toy Lou Lou. It’s weird because the strap should be adjustable, but only some Lou Lou pieces are now made with the unadjustable straps 😭. I have a hard time matching links to the exact beautiful gold color of the hardware in the bag. Can you please share the Amazon link to the golden links you showed in “Way 2”? Thank you!

Love the bag but I personally don’t think their bags are really an investment anymore considering their quality decrease over the past couple of years - I don’t think their resale price will compare to the vintage kind. Shame really x I like their bag *repxbag* commercial
