To this day, 25 years ago, the legendary film The Mummy came out. To celebrate our love of the film, we made this song fixating on the single greatest cinematic moment in history: Beni thought he had the edge against Rick O'Connell as they stood face-to-face across a river. But Beni, he was on the wrong side of the river.

Although OG Mummy movie reigns as king any day

If anyone came for the track without knowing the context, Beni betrayed one of the protagonists, Rick O’Connell, at some point in the past, and now is competing with him to lead their respective parties to an Egyptian site first. After a boat goes down, Beni winds up with all of the horses and equipment, which he tries to rub in Rick’s face, until Rick reminds him that he’s on the wrong side of the incredibly deep river, so even with all the equipment, he’s now far behind Rick.
