imhotep will lose. The Dragon Emperor choose to fight in a mortal form, not his dragon emperor form so his strength is on pars with rick after rick challenge him to fight honorable as a man. imhotep will be stomp if the dragon emperor uses his original form or just change into a magical three headed dragon immune to magic and can control all elements, or just be a giant monkey and smash imhotep. imhotep ragdoll toss rick because he has no control of his cursed body but if its a one on one man to man fight, rick actually pummels imhotep due to imhotep lacks the hand to hand experience skills. sure imhotep knows a bit to defend himself but he is a priest, not a fighter like rick nor a fearsome warrior like the dragon emperor or the scorpion king.

Originally that's what they were gonna do bring back Imhotep who will help Rick and his family defeat the dragon emperor but Arnold Vosloo didn't like that so refused to come back.

Brendon wasn't very funny in this movie, and there was overacting. CGI was bad and script was not that funny. That's why it wasn't that good. The son was unnecessary it took all the spotlight time from Brendon who people came to see.
