It is Gonzo, according to Muppet Wiki. And if you listen really closely at the end, you can hear Gonzo say, "Arriba!" or however you spell it.

The mummies sticken' scare me. I ain't gonna lie. The ending shows, in contrast to before it, that you can turn something even slightly scary into something you laugh at.

And 20meerkat, you're probably right. That one does look an awful lot like Gonzo, so that's probably who was under the wraps. And with that, Dave Goelez gets another shot with the singing Gonzo mummy.
