Yes, it will do that when properly adjusted to the weight of the camera. I was just showing that even with my big setup it was way more powerful then needed. Normally I would however set the strength down so I can freely adjust the tilt.

If it's manfrotto type base plate then YES. I don't have the SmallRig plates for DJI gimbals.

Center spreader not included? Why?!? Was this designed for studio shooting exclusively?

It can be used outside without the center spreader like I show plus you can always buy the center spreader as an extra accessory. I wish they included it as standard but it's not my company so I don't know why they made that decision.
