Yes! They have confirmed it can be used with PCVR with a few apps. I’m sure this is something Microsoft will want to look into.

What I find interesting is the mention of Meta OS v. 69. Version.66 is starting to roll out now so we can expect a release once every month till Meta Connect in September. Really liking the big improvements we've been seeing for past several months. Regarding the stylus, I guess Logitech has figured out a way for air molecules to wear out the stylus tips. 😂 Always enjoy your vids. 👍

Good point about the version! I hope it wasn't just arbitrarily pushed out 3 points to give them space. Agreed 3 more updates in 90 days is pretty sick. 🤣 @ air molecules. They show people using it on paper, shoes and glass in the video. Trust me people will find a way to damage these.

There's so much potential here with the introduction of 2D app compatibility! Hope some really excellent stuff emerges from this. I'd love a feature that allowed us to turn any surface into a graphics tablet, though im afraid they might limit the compatibility to their special mat, which would be a bit of a bother to carry around

I truly think that’s how it will work. The quest pro pen tips could write on any surface. I would expect the same here. If you notice near the end the guy was writing on the glass wall of the office. It seems like the mat is just to provide a smooth place to write, it $50 is a bit much for a flat piece of plastic. I’m curious if its texture is anything special. 🤔 Exciting stuff indeed .

I feel this device is a nice touch literally to the ecosystem, but very very specific about the public range of users that actually needed, just like you mentioned. But the price is a bit too much.

I think I'll get this for my nephew 🥰 I gave him my Quest 2 about a year ago and he also loves drawing. He's 5 🥰 he mainly draws letters and numbers and equations lmao hopefully this will also help to expand his imagination.

True. Some would argue that Apple uses this approach. They often introduce things late but leverage their ecosystem which increases its “greatness” at least to those in said ecosystem. And the “first” product is forgotten

Hopefully the MX Ink will get better tracking than the MX Keys. Replacement nibs will be needed after long use. Hopefully Logitech will realize this.

DO NOT BUY THAT STYLUS IF YOU OWN META PRO CONTROLLERS CAUSE YOU CARE ABOUT CONTROLLER TRACKING ACCURACY: THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE (EVEN ON A QUEST 3) AND WILL JUST UNPAIR YOUR CONTROLLERS W/O NOTICE, LEAVING YOU WITH HAVING TO PAIR THEM AGAIN VIA THE CRAPPY MOBILE APP.
