But in summary, I know where your going with this semen can become ojas and then ojas can remain ojas or be transmuted back into semen, and so on). Its ok. Its also true to a degree.. But I made a special point to be more practical and to simplify an already complex subject into something more tangible and understandable for the people watching. And share something that they can understand at least on some level-- the main point being that the higher the frequency one lives at then the more joyous they will feel. That is more important than understanding the exact scientific explanation of these sort of things-- of which in reality there is no exact understanding in the end because all of these things are unfathomable if you contemplate it deep enough.
