Personally Phreak from the Project Titan wallpaper seems the most similar. We know they still use Project Titan assets as Clash the new PvP mode was part of it and they showed OG concept art of volakiaya

Actually, the likelihood of this being a mutated creature is pretty likely for a few reasons; Junkrat mentions this in a dialogue with Mercy: Doc, I've got this rash that won't go away. I've tried everything: *radiation,* dirt, *radioactive dirt* This means radiation exists in the Overwatch universe (as it logically should). Radiation can severely effect animals and thinking from a cartoon / superhero story aspect, animals can be mutated into monsters. So hypothetically, let's say that a reptilian running through the Wastelands of Australia comes across radiation, becomes humanoid (maybe about the height of Torbjörn just for another short character and the idea of a tiny Tank just sounds hilarious) and then ends up in New Junk City / Junkertown and becomes a sensation. If the character _is_ a Junker than its probably a "rookie" considering it hasn't shown up on any posters in New Junk City or is just one thats not acknowledged by Junker Queen openly As for the name, it could just be "Supermutant" for right now and then they'll give this character a unique name and would match up with the placement in terms of naming. They did it with Juno because she was just known as "Space Ranger" and then officially given a new name once a teaser dropped. As for the unique name, I'm just calling it Shellshock because it sounds cool and looks like it'd fit with the given design.

I do believe the season 14 tank will be related to Australia but I don't think they are a person or animal I believe this will be our first mutant character, from the image it's biological since the green spikes coming from the head splits apart the skin showing they grew in along with visible teeth and yellow eyes. The back also very much replicates a turtle shell with defensive spikes on the back. This wouldn't be the first time mutants have been brought up since in junkerqueen's origin story song she quotes "omnics mutants raiders many I've slain" which implies they do exist so I'd say it's fairly possible the next tank will be a mutant, maybe.

The Devs mentioned that the S14 Tank is someone familiar and it might be Emre Sarioğlu since he recently got lore with Overwatch Declassified and is the last original Overwatch member who isn't a hero. The s14 tank should also be a blizzcon reveal and they never reveal a hero who is completely new or has not lore importantce (Sombra, Echo, Rammatra etc) Sarioğlu would also fit in the character gaps in the hero selection and he has a mohawk style hair which is also present in the stylised icon

It looks like a turtle. They have a shell with spikes on top and their head slightly resembles a turtle head. I think this is another new hero we’ve never seen before. I do agree with the other comment is could be a mutant turtle since there are spikes coming from its head.

There is a kinda of mech looking machine in the beginning spawn room of junk city. I wonder if it maybe has something to do with the hero.
