actually, there might be another reason: i figured out when you place a speed portal, it automatically checks a box next to where there are things like copy, paste, and edit special. if you un-check that box, that speed portal will not affect the time of a level, so if there is a bunch of 4x speed portals above the level, AND the other portals are unchecked, the level could be considered tiny even when they might be XL or long

Only thing wrong with this theory is that I dont think a x4 speed portal would be enough to condense a min + long level down to under 10s.

I had a level rated in 1.9 that was unrated in early 2.0 due to that one of the bugs, that had it listed as tiny, I heard that this also happened to some other creators too apparently

Another thing is when you upload a level the game tells the server what length it is so theoretically you could make a hack to make every level you upload tiny or make it long even if it’s not 60 seconds
