The LEGO Star Wars 75217 Republic V-Wing Torrent Fighter was set to be released for $70, including 5 mini-figures. Of which were Phase 1 Captain Rex and Commander Cody. Clone Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi and Plo Koon. A Clone Pilot and a Droideka. Having not seen a proper LEGO Star Wars V-19 Torrent Starfighter since 2008, this was an exciting leak/rumour for the community. But something happened to that set. It was never released. Since then, it has been surrounded by mystery, conspiracy, and rumours, including one of the more interesting LEGO Star Wars community members. Sir Von Lego, and websites named Eurobricks.
