We spent 4 days to explore Black Forest (Schwarzwald) in southern Germany. The area is camping friendly and can be reached by car easily. It is a perfect road trip holiday destination. 😀

The wonderful places that we visited:
• Baden-Baden: a charming and famous spa-town on the edge of Black Forest, a perfect gateway to the area
• Schwarzenbach: a dam and a lake, a popular scenic spot in northern Black Forest with walking trails
• Mummelsee: a very scenic small lake high up in the forest amid pine trees, steep in folklores
• Allerheiligen waterfalls: a cascade of falls nestled in a deep valley in the middle of the forest with walking trails, located right to a monastery ruin
• Wolfach: a small town in central Black Forest with a pretty town center, rich in history from Black Forest's logging past
• Triberg: a very popular town in Black Forest, located right next to Triberg waterfalls (the highest waterfalls in Germany, consisting of multiple cascades in a valley with a walking trail running next to it, entrance fee €6 (Jun 20)), and home of Triberg-Land (an exhibition of miniature landscape with model trains, entrance fee included in the waterfall's ticket)
• Titisee and Schluchsee: popular lakes in southern Black Forest, with plenty of walking trails water activities on offer
• Feldberg: the highest mountain in Germany outside the Alps area, plenty of walking trails in the area, home to a ski resort and an old glacial lake Feldsee nearby
