Dhyieyo, we were very aware of the 3 to 6 time period while living in the ashram, but I didn't make the connection to the significance. Mudras were also a practice that I "attempted," but didn't get this into my roots. You know the moment arrives where the teaching become the ahhahh moment. Synapses need to connect. Now.. I'm actually and fully embracing the purpose, meaning and deep connections. You will laugh! My dog Aspen had to go out at 3am. I didn't hesitate to bundle up and go out. I knew my Spirit friends wanted me to connect. Aspen is always connecting higher consciousness w time. Love it. The mudras are now a way of life. I'm in love w life fully...even on confusing days. True. I always feel sleepy after 7pm & wake up between 2-3am. Even if I'm working late & sleep at 11, I wake up at that time naturally. As a result I don't always get complete 8hr sleep but I'm a writer & I write my best work effortlessly between 3-7am. I'm just naturally in a flow state coz it's so peaceful!
