Hi! Can you please tell how you studied and the tutorials of which staffers you studied? I started training a year ago, I feel like my progress has stopped :-( The main problem is that I don't know how to make connections between elements and improvise, I suppose, but I don't understand how to do it

Hey! I (David) never actually studied staff spinning. I come from many different acrobatic backgrounds such as gymnastics, breakdancing, tricking etc.. after an injury, I discovered poi and flow art, contact staff etc.. now I just mix all the different aspects of movements that I have learned along the years😊 So I don't have any tutorials to recommend you, the tip I would give you is to be curious, playful, try different things, try to dance, with or without the staff, and most importantly, have fun with your practice🤗 I wish you a beautiful exploration with your movement journey ✨️
