Something called "voice.ai", it's not text to speech but it records you doing an impression, then uses "ai" to change it into the desired celebrity voice, you can find it on Google v easy

@@GreenHatAnimation I found some shorts from it, and they sent an exe file that was tiny, super sketchy, but it works amazingly well lol, the small file is just a downloader

Hey, no, not frame to frame, it's a free to use 3d modelling software called Blender, very easy to use and there's millions of tutorials on KZbin for it, good luck :)

@@GreenHatAnimation Yea, I'm a 3D generalist I use blender every day, but I meant the animation technique you used does not feel like frame to frame, and interpolation in the middle, felt like you added an empty to point the IK of the hand and animated that with the grab key, is that it?, it feels really smooth
