this song is literally a conversation anyone has had at one point or another if you have a significant other or someone special. There are so many parts of the song... sadness....uncertainty. ...remorse it's all those feeling when you know you've been messing up for a while and it's at its breaking point and it all comes to this. the result is still not known.Amazing song plays out like a movie if you close your eyes

I'm a huge fan of the band Explosions in the Sky. Love those guys. Always wondered what they'd be like with a singer (they do instrumentals). This group answered that. Musically very similar in an awesome way. As for the lyrics to this song....simply amazing. Beautiful song.

This song reminds me of my broken heart as a child and coming from a broken home being abandon from my mum cause of her bad choices that took her confidence then looking after my dad who abused himself with alcohol because he couldn't say or show how he felt inside my dad was.born deaf I would always feel his pain and mix it with my own and took my emotions trauma out on myself with drugs anger control and manipulation on the ones I loved My dad.past away 5 years ago I got there when he took his last breath and I cried my heart out cause of the burdens he carried and the love for my mum which he never stopped giving I just found this song yesterday and it is so healing for me as it reminds me of all the hugs we shared without saying words and the love which is never lost thank you to those who made this song ko te nui aroha ki te waiata o te whakapikiora ki ahau ko toku whanua e tau te rangimarie e pa kiakaha e ma kotahitanga I te aroha ko te mamai hara kino wairua tena koutou katoa love u my dad the tears I share are to heal my pain until we meet again KEPA xxxxxxxxxxx

Now I am in a shit job, my new girlfriend and I are going through a bad time but we must man up and stop feeling like shit. Look for your friends, men have the right to feel sad and down, and you should allow yourself to be supported by your mates. Relax, I'm probably saying all this to myself. Best regards, mate.
