I do not like the Dachshund breed after getting bitten on the back of the leg by one. That being said, I'm not disliking or hating people that have that particular breed.

I couldn't help but notice how they have those thin leashes so tight on the necks. I understand that part of the training or whatever but I just don't personally like the look of it. I love the dogs just not the way they're trained/handled.

Then you don’t know much about dogs. Leashes for showing are so called slip leads they are not around the beck they are under the “cheek bones” and behind the ears where you have best control over a dog and slight pressure guides them nothing “torturous “ about it better than normal collars where people with dogs that are not train literally allow their dogs to damage their trachea

In my opinion, the sighthounds need to be judged in their own group 10 ( FCI) for the sighthounds. Looks strange to see them side by side with the Foxhounds. Complet different breeds, nothing to.compair!

the dogs are not compared to each other, they are compared to their breed standard

@@ib4300 yeah all these dogs are best of breed. Then the judge narrows it down more. Group winner is the dog in the hound group for example that best fits their standard. The only way they are compared is like Dog A fits their respective breed standard more so than Dog B fits their breed standard. The dogs are always judged based on their breed standard.
