The NBA should put out a league wide letter to the players essentially telling them, "look we can't ban you from social media but know if you commit any offense that we have to discipline we're coming down unreasonably hard". After the first few guys test it and find themselves suspended for a year or two, that'll teach these young guys to stop self sabotaging...hopefully.

Nah bruh. I've done that for years. I am 43 and have been on and off Adderall for my recently diagnosis of ADHD. I hate medication but when I don't have it my brain moves way WAYYYY too fuckin fast. You don't understand how it najes the brain work. When I the my meds my brain slows and I don't make decisions hastily. I'm more patient in a check out line and more patient with my family. It sucks when I'm impatient. It's very hard to control. Many people try to say it's a new made up thing but I guarantee it isn't. Therapist thought I was bi-polar but nope not that either. It's freakin adhd. Adderall for people without ADHD will get energy from it when they first the it. I get sleepy.
