Or someone sounding like a novice with a questionable response to a tangible yet contradictory talking point made in the video that was simply pointed out. No diverting, we can keep going. And that wasn’t an insult; it’s just easy to spot the difference between a fan and a baller. It’s ok to be fan but just don’t be swayed so easily like McCants at the first thing that’s sounds good. Good luck with life bro, be blessed. 🙏

6:23 Gil, HAS stated IN JEST (joking) that he was more concerned with scoring than anything else, he won't concerned with defense, he was a self-proclaimed ballhog, that 1-4 flat joke, etc.,. But stats don't lie, especially those of the players he played with and against. HERE is where when you play the jokester so often people (Brandon in this conversation) truly can't tell the difference and take you literal or don't take you (your perspective, your true intelligence) at all (seriously) - I think that's a shame and he's selling himself short, so in affect, a lot of other people do as well. All the very good points and arguments he makes sometimes get lost within the jokes and trolling.

A "hooper" is slang for someone who plays basketball, typically with notable skill, dedication, or passion for the game. It's often used to describe a player who spends a lot of time on the court, whether professionally, in pickup games, or at a high level of competition. A hooper is known for their ability to score, handle the ball, and contribute to the team on both ends of the court. The term can apply to players of all levels, but it's commonly reserved for those who display a high level of talent and love for basketball.

Being a good defender is solely based on your willingness to take on the task of guarding the scorers. If you are willing to take on the assignment of guarding a scorer. Then go on the other end and be the one your team relied on to get buckets, then you are a hooper.
