I lived in Aberdeenshire many moons ago. Can't remember midges at all ! Nasty little buggers though ... we sometimes get them in Norway. Mosquitos are a big problem in the North ... the size of sparrows ;) I stopped at Alta once to take a photo under the city sign. Took my helmet off and got mugged straight away. No photo, rode on ! Anyway, luvvin the vids ;) Thanks ! A PS. Enjoy your Ciders.

Found your channel a few days ago and really enjoying it. I walked John O'Groats to land's End in 2006, so some of the run down to Wick (and the campsite!) brought back a few memories. Cheese and cider can be a recipe for windy conditions all right. 😂 Malin to Mizzen is a trip that might interest you. It's 350miles can be done in a day, or if you're not in a rush you could take the 1500mile route via the Wild Atlantic Way. Very little interference from midges either. Part 4..., second attempt!! It was when I realised you were driving on the wrong side of the road.!! YES, I saw that car, he obviously thought he was on your French video from just before!! I absolutely love the sound of that engine when it's under load, it's certainly a bike that I might consider when I change mine next, altho, it might be a little too small for me. If you are constantly on the road doing tent camping, how do you keep all your Batteries charged? As always, this has been another very enjoyable video Thx 4 sharing.
@restdayrider Жыл бұрын
So I use a USB charger on the road and charge batteries in my tank bag in lots of 3 at a time, then I try and book an electric pitch every other night to fully charge everything and I carry a camping hook up cable for that. 😊
