I can't believe this channel only has 474 views. The Appellate court is really important but most people are unaware of that they can even appeal. If you bring the right argument they almost always reverse because trial courts almost always make mistakes and do not follow proper procedure. I was railroaded and hoodwinked in a trial court and am currently in the process of the appeal. I've submitted my brief and it was granted. I believe my appeal is strong, it's jurisdictional. I wish I knew of this video when I was before the trial court last year!

I knew about appeals because I slwsts educated myself on the law by reading. Ppl don't know about things because they don't use their brains snd take out the time to educate themselves. Don't let these asshole judges and ain't shit attorneys mess ur life up. Gotta put up a fight

I am doing an appeal but need to know if anyone has any info/temples on how to file it and how would i form my outline for my argument/brief? I am appealing due to a magistrate verdict. At that lower level they do not abide by law nor follow the constitution. Id really appreciate if anyone can provide me or lead me in the right direction. I have write up my appeal. Order for visitation in family case was given a month ago by family court and the other party entered a RFO and judge granted a modification without considering that there was not a change of circumstances- that new order is appealable?
