The most negative effect is a story told to me by a very very high man, It is fantastic to learn something new you moved the pendulum, however is that action finished, retention is the same thing as damming a river, chaos will ensue if you don't find a new path for the water to go, stopping the flow is only half way, you have yet to turn the river so it still FLOWS. This man I am talking about doesn't have to come to Earth very often, he only comes when we create chaos.

I would say that on semen retention, i have more energy to face my bad days, more energy to face my insecurities. It sucks to go through, but i have more strength to go through bad times without alcohol and weed. I want to feel all of it, all the pain, the anxieties. Somehow it feels good. Like being more intimate with life itself. Thank you Jesus.

The hardest thing about SR is not to fight the Urges the hardest thing about all of that is the Energy you will get and the Power if youre a guy who doesnt move hes ass youre gonna fall back. On Sr you have a Energy inside of you ita like when fapping the lion is sleeping and when you dont the Lion is waking up more and more tge more you do it.

I totally feel where you are coming from, If feels like an anchor. I have a lot of frustration, but I guess the universe wants me to go a certain way. Us wanting what we want is most times a hindrance to where we are supposed to be perhaps. Which kinda sucks when you really do enjoy the moment with people who are less prone to the betterment of the "next level"but I guess it's a part of the journey.

To look good for others? I read this book called “ the cafe at the edge of the world “ and in this one part of the book it talked about this discussion between a business man and a fishermen….. perhaps you can give it a look if you have some free time, thank you taking the time to read this.

What's been a huge help for me during the edging phase has been mindfulness meditation, just 10 min a day helps me. I'm using a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels but there are other mindfulness workbooks as well. This journey has shown me how powerful the mind is at trying to convince me I need to do and think meaningless stuff (like blowing loads for no reason other than maintain a comfortable dopamine fix) to survive...when in fact we don't need to release to survive, other than for procreation and perhaps intentional intimacy.
@rijd23048 ай бұрын
@Westcoastrocksduh It's uncommon to stop whacking off cold turkey; a lot of guys go through an edging phase...which is stimulating yourself up to the point of release and then pulling back and not releasing...like walking up to the edge of a cliff, getting that dopamine rush before jumping, but not jumping. Edging can be more addictive than actual release because it's toying with the idea of release without actually doing it, kind of like mental torture. Any way, look up Yash's videos on edging, he'll tell you that it's a hard habit to break but something that a lot of guys have to go through before burning out. Personally, I think it's better to bust a nut than "edge." I don't practice SR regularly, but it's a powerful way to learn about oneself.

I totally agree manifesting becomes easier, but at beginning months ur still fighting urges and still edging and lookin for women attention, and by manifestation doesn’t mean stay home and have that energy and think you will have ur goals be achieved no no that’s not how works SR makes ur head clear and not numb and give you that aura like if ur were salesman you definitely sell what ever you want because people sense that energy and they sense that authenticity but if u were still jerking off you will not sell anything because you have no energy and have that weird energy that people can feel so basically SR will give you everything to become normal and you must use the tools to take action because think about if 90 percent are wasting their semen means they all numb and the min u do sR ur the strong one and will be the different one from the majority so it’s like imagine everyone are zombies and ur the only who is not of course you will take all the chances

This is slightly off topic, if you don’t mind me asking. What is your opinion on testosterone levels and their relation to general health and quality of life in this human body/experience? I see, and I am sure you have probably seen too, a lot of people talk about either low testosterone, or high testosterone, but never in the middle or what “normal”/healthy would be. You might be wondering why I care about this since it is based on the ego/human character. Well firstly you are right about that. But secondly I find myself at times experiencing the symptoms of “low testosterone” sometimes; depression and lack of interest in… everything. The thing is though I have been experiencing depression since around 12-14 years old and I am 21 now. It has gotten better over the years because I have evolved and “gotten better” as well. As far as the lack of interest, I mainly trace that to my “conscious awareness” of human nature, or superficial tendencies, or what people would call the 3D matrix. Now here is the thing though. When I am at my job, which requires a moderate level of physical activity/labor, I am more driven than 90%, if not all the other males, and they are around my age. Now a notable reason for this is because if I don’t do something at my job I will get bored, but I digress. They give me the nod of respect, and “follow my lead” you could say at times. And I am not a physically intimidating or imposing guy. I am 5’10 and 145LBs. I do exercise but I like I said right now I don’t stand out physically by any means. And all of this even happens if I have relapsed off retention. But when I am on a decent streak it is mostly the same just maybe amplified. I was working at home and was away from the world for years and have now just “rejoined society” with my new job around other humans for 3 months now, so my experience with retention around other people is relatively new, even though I had been doing it on my own for some time now. Also my diet, even though it is 80-90% whole foods and “healthy”, I’m sure is lacking in the traditional foods that would contribute to male hormone production people would advertise/advise, namely red meat since I don’t eat it, and maybe B12. So my real question is, why is it that I feel this way that would correlate to low testosterone (depression and lack of interest), but when I am put in an environment with other males, I “outdo them” and have more ambition, work ethic, etc, and get more levels of “respect” from males and even females? And is my testosterone something to consider or even worry about at all? And I briefly mentioned earlier, I do practice semen retention, lately I have been averaging 2-4 weeks, and my best is 6 weeks, but even on a streak I still feel the depression/lack of interest. And also I keep to myself/am reserved, when they say “high testosterone” you walk around like captain of the ship calling the shots etc. And I have always been reserved. Also since I have become aware of the subtle edging to females similar to what you describe, that has somewhat increased/enhanced my introversion. Also I should add if I were to ever do something about my testosterone, it would only be natural supplementation or diet changes, IE Zinc, Magnesium, etc. I would never and have no intention to do any type of drugs or steroids. In any case, if you have only just read this far, I thank you for that, and I thank you for all the videos and advice that you share. I appreciate it.

This video is very rejuvenating and I’m definitely gonna refer back to it when my mind strays off in its own way. Meditation and the Bible is such an aid. Had went thru a bout of depression/psychosis Dark Night that had made me desireless which had begun my spiritual path. Much manifestation of perceived “evil” that had quite grown madness and it had actually made reevaluate my whole life. Taken out of the moment of sleep to see the bigger picture. A purge of ego and repressed unknown self hatred because of the comfort in it. I’ve become so much more holistic and not retaining is the one thing that brings me out of conscious, present awareness. Puts me back in a blind fold/ spinning chair of wandering. Ecclesiastes 2:14 “The wise have eyes in their heads”. Matthew 7:15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.” John 2:15-16 says, "Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.”

yes good question. Their mind just exaggerates all the benefits. Basically, to put it accurately and simply-- SR will benefit you physically, emotionally, and mentally in all ways. But then people’s minds expect that they no longer should struggle or get caught up in heavy feelings or that their life shouldn't ever get unmanageable, or that more girls should be interested in them or be interested in them more intensely, ,,etc.

because if we love our wife and she loves us then that love (energy) we receive from her somehow helps to purify and nullify (on some level- not totally) our loss of semen because we are absorbing her energy (love) which has all kinds of energetic nutrition within it as opposed to if we are doing PMO which is a double loss of energy with no gain because the energy we receive from porn is poisonous one could say (on top of the fact we are losing our own energy (semen). u can see this playlist on having sex without releasing our semen, if u like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4G4f2erjtGabrM
