So kind and typical of Brooke and Jason to share pumpkins with neighboring bovine - AFTER receiving permission, of course! Next time I imagine donkeys will also participate in the Cog Hill Pumpkin Party Feast. As my dear, departed Mother often stared 'once is a habit if I like it!'. Peaches must enjoy the sunset from the new stall as much as we do. I understand her preference for solitude, I am the same way. (I am an only child. Due to Daddy's job we moved frequently. I attended 3 different schools in one school year. It was my way of coping with always being 'the new kids in school.) Brooke seems to be feeling better. There seems to be a bit more 'pep her step'. Definitely a beautiful thing to see!

Brooke, many years ago when I drove an SPCA ambulance I asked an Emu breeder how I'd catch an emu, just in case and he said show it something shiny, car keys if you have nothing else, apparently they like shiny as in your earrings, oh and always walk them backwards then they can't kick, not all as loving (tame) as Nugget.
