I wish i was given the grant for this research. Just by reading Ray Peat's work one can draw the same conclusions without doing the work. Diana touches on bone resorption but nobody in Leiden has even thought of looking at the parathyroid, which is a huge driver of ageing.

GH is thought to accelerate aging. But in the TRIIM trial the addition of Metformin with GH seems to protect against the damage. Their biological age was reversed while regenerating their thymus gland.

Yeah and also whether or not the GH secretion and longevity association is a downstream effect or a cause. I guess we should keep an eye on susan Somers and sly Stallone since they openly take GH.

The metformin protects against insulin resistance induced by GH. That's all.

@@Catalonia GH is taken by the majority of bodybuilders at high levels and is part of the reason they drop like flies.

@@toomanymarys7355 how can you differentiate the high dose deaths from heart attacks caused by diuretics? Why doesn't cancer kill in a more accurate fashion than heart issues around the extreme behaviors of prep? Why doesnt hgh kill old Hollywood celebrities taking it in their 70s i.e. Stallone or Tyler Perry, nick nolte, Mary j Blige, etc.
