Fantastic walkthrough, thank you. I love this revised design (I have a 2020 Nugget). They appear to addressed most of the niggles we have. I'm looking forward to seeing the new longer Plus version that hopefully still incorporates a fixed toilet as my wife struggles to use a portapotty, and we'd like to upgrade. Fingers crossed!

It doesn't have a toilet, but instead one more cabinet.

Thanks for the video. Will the PHEV hybrid battery be accessible for the interior usage purposes? Ford has this "PowerOn Board" option on the standard Transit/Turneo models. That would be great - it has around 13-14kWh afair with output up to 2,3 kWh.

As far as we know the battery pack will not be connected to the camper area. But we can really tell you when they arrive. Once they are here we will make a video on how the system works.

Thanks, lovely van. Everybody talks on youtube about these fords Wetbelts killing engines between 50-90k milage. Did the new models do away with this fault that makes them a paper-weight or 15k repair ?

The roof above the cockpit remains uncut; it has not been changed to a flat pop-top design. The power supply still cannot share the PHEV battery. The sink uses generic components, wasting a large area on the right side of the kitchenette. The windows cannot be fully opened, and the vehicle height exceeds 2 meters. These issues make the Nugget a flawed camper van.

Thank you for the comment. Yes, not everything has been like we hoped for. Most of you point are just due to the base vehicle (windows and height). For me the sink is not such a great problem, at least there are 2 burners. The uncut roof above the cockpit makes it easier to register in some EU countries. Like here in The Netherlands if the structure beam is cut away it is way more difficult to get it registered.

@@Camperseu Volkswagen California, Mercedes Marco Polo, and modified vehicles from various brands all passed. What issue did the Ford Nugget encounter?

@@NicKick There were no problems. But it is just easier to pass with the chassis keeping the original stiffness in the cabine.
