One thing nobody mentions about kawasaki is the ease of changing engine oil, you don’t have to remove panels. 👍👍

@@sproesser1 Thanks, I'll look into it. It's probably going to come down to the electronics/tech for me. One of the reasons I'm looking at the 1100 and not another 650 is just more features. (At least that's how I'm justifying more power than I need)

@@mightylordkuba the extra torque and grunt compared to the 948cc that it has currently. It’s a downgrade on peak power from the 1000. But it’s and upgrade from the 900. And it emphasizes torque. Which is the key feature of the z900

Pretty confused by this release if for no other reason than its a lot of sizzle with little bang. Also who is in charge of coloring these bikes? the 2024 had such a cheesy colorway and the 25 is even worse if you don't like green (looks pretty good in that, just don't want a green bike) I was hoping for a better color package but like the hp it went backwards. And for the love of god where is the info on the '25 Z900?.

big fan, had a 2017sx, now 2020... wanted to change for sure for the new one after 5 years, but quite perplexed by this release, but I expected more radical changes, like in weight, a /55 rear, electronic suspensions optional, change in aesthetics instead of chasing brand names like Brembo and Ohlins and call it done... even reduction in peak hp? you kiddin kawi , now I will try another brand :DDD

Ya I too was hoping for the electronic suspension and other goodies from the H2 like blind spot detection, collision warning, and self canceling signals. The versys did get the electronic suspension, but I like a full fairing.

I wonder if this is a stop gap bike until a genuine new machine comes out in a year or so? I remember Kawasaki doing this to the ZX6R when they first made it a 636 not much else changed but a year later a completely new bike came out. Fingers crossed this is the case here.

136hp is for the Versys 1000. The Versys always had less power than the Ninja1000sx. I'm sure it will be 150's when the numbers come out.

the website didn't mention HP for the 2024 model. is it really 146HP? it's a higher displacement. maybe next near we will know if it better or worse.
