Personnally not a big fan of the kayak. It is great on flat waters but then again, what kayak isn’t? Tracks not bad for a 10 foot kayak. But if you get in choppy waters and a little bit of water gets in, you’ll soon be sitting in a puddle of water under you seat which makes for quite and uncomfortable ride. Unlike other kayaks that have a removable drop-stitch floor, the floor on this kayak is molded into the frame so the accumulation of water stays on the floor and eventually under your seat which will become soaked. Just something to think about… Also, contrary to what you said, the kayak isn’t very difficult to tip over if you lean a little too much to the side. This is due mostly because of its V shaped hull. Just shaking it the way you did in a pool doesn’t prove much. I’ve seen and used more stable inflatable kayaks. But I suppose that’s why they called it “Sport”. No foot rests, no seat pocket, no D rings attachment on the sides, there’s room for improvement. There are better alternatives. On the positive side, it is very light and easy to fold and transport. And it look really good.

I got some info on your inquiry. “We have had a delay in receiving the AV PRO’s. We had received a small amount of each model about a month ago but they sold quickly. We should have an update soon on when we should expect to receive and have PRO’s available but I do not have a ballpark on that yet.”

Way overpriced for what you get. I’m assuming fishing inflatable correct? Check out the AE angler pro. Great inflatable for fishing.

@4:47 is it normal to have the bow raised so much out of the water? I would assume it's tracking will suffer because of that .

Wow... Looks like some great fishing holes back in those wooded areas! Do you ever have gators try and get in the boat with you? I had a gator issue once when I worked at the zoo. I was wearing waders and in the water near the gator without a keeper's protection. Had to bop the gator between the eyes with a pipe bender...

I have had a couple come up along side my yak and swim along for a bit. Also a couple of times a woke them up startling them causing a tail flip. Scared the hell out of me, but the good part was, I could have qualified for the Olympics both times. 😂😅

I can imagine your paddle speed at that point! I saw a vid where a gator followed a topwater lure back to a boat and as the lure came out of the water, the gator launched up to the camera which got dropped in the boat and that was the end of the clip. Looked like a potentially fatal experience!

I live in the mountains now and only go to lakes with trout in them 😂 because of you Mr D I purchased the AirVolution standard, I also contacted the AE company & they said that the"Pro"AirVolution seat can be purchased separately and is compatible with the standard model, makes me a happier camper.

Great video, but $1200 for a Kayak is… in the immortal words of John Wayne… Ri-God-Damn-Diculous! LOLOLOL It's a kayak for crying' out loud! You can buy a decent fiberglass boat with motor and trailer for $1500. People have simply lost all respect for money.
