The NEW and RETURNING THREATS of The Teal Mask DLC

With the Teal Mask DLC releasing for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, I went through all the available pokemon to see who may be viable in the upcoming Regulation E. Will the new pokemon like Ogerpon and Blood Moon Ursaluna tower over VGC, or will some returning pokemon like Milotic and Shiftry rise back up?
