"..And trying to grab more cash" lol. You nailed the Armaf's gameplan. I think they never anticipated they will be this big, but cdn line spring boarded them. And now they just want to milk the cow as much as possible with least effort or thought going into marketing or product strategy. Have heard a rumour that this urban man elixir is also their take on office for men, so that would be a new low. The other new cdni line seems to be a br540 and pdm delina clones by the notes on official website. smh! This release is definitely not exciting, as it’s something we have smelled before from them, but it will definitely be a like and love for many people. Armaf is playing safe.

Picked up a bottle last week and I love it. I prefer this to my CDNIM. Love the scent profile. Sillage and longevity are also great.

I sampled this. Almost liked it. Ended up frankensteining up my own fragrance that I actually preferred to it with similar smell. Took 10 ml. atomizer. Filled 5 ml perri ellis aqua extreme, then 5 ml afnan modest une. Wow!

Interesting take on Urban Man Elixir....i got it last month but I think it's a clone of Parfums Vintage X Batch. They are both hybrids of Aventus/ Savauge but X Batch is double the price.

I've seen many people say this release is a combination of aventus, sauvage, and even BR540. Office for men seems to have similar comments made about it (not so much the BR540). Is it possible this is an Office for men clone and no-one is yet to make that connection? Could be wrong, but just trying to make an observation I've yet to see others make.

A lot of this review was like “it’s smells like it’s (insert fragrance here), but it doesn’t smell necessarily smell like it.” But then you just go and say Dior Sauvage and CDNIM. 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 I get it. You’re saying there’s elements of them not like a clone or anything but I just thought it was funny that you’d compare then take it back then just give it an over arching grand scheme of things approach.

No it's not a Sauvage clone. It's a Lattafa Asad clone. Stronger than asad but not better than Asad. Asad itself is a clone but cheaper and better. Both Asad and Armaf CDN urban man elixir are extremely strong fragrances which can make you nose blind if you smell close. You may love it but there are people who may feel nauseated from this smell specially from close proximity. Spray with caution ⚠️

Redundant. Just buy Sauvage EDP, otherwise Armaf Ventana. Sauvage Elixir too expensive, then buy Lattafa Asad. - White Fire? IFi getting into Spirituality and Zen. 😜

Let's not forget Hunter Intense - Sauvage plus Invictus. Armaf lost the plot a long time ago but got lucky with the Club de Nuit Intense release - everything since then is just trying to cash in on that name and most will probably fall for it. Not sure what the other 3 or 4 releases will be in this line but I don't think any of them will be game changers.

@@indianhistorybuff But that's my point - we want to see them keep releasing new clones not just remixes of previous clones. It's kind of part of the point IFI is making - they are pretty much just taking 2 of their previous clones and putting them in the CDNM bottle to cash in on the buzz from that line. Incidentally I have an early release of Derby Club House Blanche and Sillage and to my nose the first one smells far better than Sillage but doesn't perform as well. They simply added ambroxan to it though to make it stick around better.

I wasted money on 3 Armaf creations and I don't use them because they are too aggressive for me to wear. There is no finesse, no elegancie that they seek to imitate.
