The NEW BALANCE 327 and why I don't own a pair

327 is the only release that i’ve ever been interested in from new balance. not really understanding your criticism. the same could be said for most sneaker drops. over saturation. oh well.... more for me!

Isn't having many colors in one shoe model good? I mean, I can choose a variety of colorways and not having that rarity so its not that expensive. But I understand you want that exclusivity feel

The x-racer didn’t reach much hype to begin with, it looks like an ordinary runner shoe. The shape looks like Puma rsx. Which is now in the outlets. The 327 is a complete different silhouette not done before, plus hype. I think the comparison is off.

To each his own. 😊 Ever since I discovered 327 and XC-72, I’ve been buying without guilt. They are way cheaper than buying $700 to $1000 plus designer sneakers. I will not hesitate if I see a pair of NB I like. I still have my designer sneakers but with NB, i can walk around without being careful and not wipe them down daily. Besides I have an active toddler who can step on my NB for all I care and we can even wear matching models. I think Nike, Adidas are overrated. NB is good quality so I’m happy now. However, you are right! 327 is pretty common so I’m looking at buying more 550 now. They look neat! Thank you for your review.

Own 5 or 6 pairs of 327. The shoe that made me realize my lane for sneakers are more retro lifestyle or "trainers". Still want Pensole, PSNY and Levi's. Only paid over for Casablanca orange, but only 2x and yes authenticed. And I wear all. Mine run true. Follow for your NB love.

Great review! I got a pair from footlocker. Definitely this shoe is not in a hypebeast's wish list, this are more targeted for leisure / everyday / running sneaker fans - as well as NEW balance fans.

Normally I like retro vintage sneakers , however what throws me off for these 327s is the sole construction, it's quite exaggerated , so its also a No for me :)

Hey Sean, hope you and your loved ones are safe. Totally agree with you on this, the sneaker just doesn't speak to you period...it kinda reminds me of the tailwind which i have. Gotta question though, what do you have against the x-racer? I think it's a great sneaker, bought myself the yellow pair last febuary on sale...so far I haven't seen anyone else wear it 😆

I'm a big new balance fan but I don't really like the silouhette, it looks big but not in a dad shoe way, in a 70's way and I think it is to agressive, when the other 70's shoes are more smooth
