Every one of these musicians is brilliant in their own right. And together, it's amazing. The harmonies when they all join in are angelic.

If they could just release this concert on dvd or at least stream it for the many of us who couldn’t see it! Tbone truly picked the best of the best

Jesus Christ this song. Elvis and Jim are two of my all time favs. And Rhionnan is just a fucking powerhouse. You get so much more out of this project watching it unfold.

Didn't think it was possible, but Taylor's voice is even better live than in studio. And what a band! I worship Elvis anyway.

Beautiful song, especially by the end the solo and the fiddle and most of all Marcus' face
@josephhhuth5 жыл бұрын
Yes, Marcus's facial expression during this song and during "Down on the Bottom" when Jim starts really jamming out crack me up.

Pardon my ignorance, I like this enormously and apart from the fabulous Miss Giddens and Elvis Costello, who are the other guys?
@Knugen6669 жыл бұрын
one of them is Marcus Mumford
@jimburkett97999 жыл бұрын
Tyler Goldsmith from Dawes, Jim James from My Morning Jacket and Marcus Mumford from Mumford and Sons. Along with the two you mention, make up The New Basement Tapes.

Taylor's great, but I can't keep my eyes off Rhiannon -
@fasthouse10889 жыл бұрын
This band needs to come together ALOT more. But, unfortunately, Rhiannon is heading for mega-fame, and Dawes needs to keep making Dawes music. Elvis is kinda nearing the end, and Mumford will be Mumford.

It’d be awesome if they got together for a 10 year reunion tour and released more songs from their session that didn’t make the album
@traviscarroll57627 жыл бұрын
does this song remind anybody of that band Dawes? the lead singers have very similar voices! also, why is Warren Zevon playing maracas? I thought he was dead.
@aspikes047 жыл бұрын
That's Taylor Goldsmith singing, the lead singer of Dawes

Love this song, but can't help but prefer the studio version. It does better as a singer and acoustic guitar rather than full band in my opinion. Bass was pretty heavy and drowned out other instruments

Elvis Costello has made a career of rippin' people off. Funny how irrelevant he seems when he has to be involved in a collaboration to rip someone off.
@Kasino809 жыл бұрын
I've never really liked him that much. His voice is very weird and off key most of the time. Felt like his contributions to the album were the weak spots. It was just Costello being Costello.
