The 2 card combo line playing through Evenly Matched is literally the spiciest thing I’ve seen yet with Fire King Snake-Eyes. Glad I got the deck fully built in one day (as of posting), even with just 2 Kirin. Can’t wait to experiment and play more Fire King Snake-Eyes going forward! Thanks for the video!

You could also add fire king avatar barong to the deck, and use garunix on your 1st turn to destroy it in your grave, which in next turn will let you add kirin to your hand for some more plays

Yeah thats a good way to play it too. Personally prefer just getting the extra summon from arvata turn 1 for the snake eye version. In pure barong loops is def the way tho

Yea but then u cant bring back flam so next turn u dont get ur snake eyes grind game. I tested that line and it felt worst to me.

6000 gems and got no fire king card literally not even a small FIRE KING UR! But instead i got stupid pendulum crap that nobody cares about, thank god i had 644 cp and crafted all the ur. I hate pendulums in a whole new level now

Something to note with the evenly line, you also do the same line if they pop or banish your field spell, all you lose is apo

its incredible how i did the line into evenly, went as well as it did in the video until my opponent pulled out the second evenly matched in the same battle phase (i still won, this deck is busted)

Curious as to why we’d use ash and sanctuary to flamberge instead of ash/Linkribo?

instead of knightmare phoenix add underworld goddess and you can use ur I:P to summon her when your opponent summons a monster during main phase 2 while also shutting down any revive from gy also if they have another monster on the field they get negated too which is nice, is another option to play if you already used your S:P or just rather use something else, phoenix really is just a brick in the extra deck you got more than enough back row removal with Fire king/amblo/zealantis

i use 2nd S:P since she does the same thing as phoenix but doesn't need the discard and can hit cards in the grave as well, if you use 2 you can use 1 in the end board

That's why you start building a deck that you can use generic or semi generic cards so that you can slowly build variants of the same deck. Like if you already have all the snake eyes stuff then you basically don't need much to make anything from snake eyes/fire king, SE/R-Ace, SE/volcanic

this deck is a bit tricky for beginners, but at the same time it would be good to learn it because it's the meta, once you "decorate" a combo line you'll be able to use it. However, I'd recommend starting with a simpler deck and learning the mechanics of the game, perhaps the Swordsoul deck if it's still in the campaign where you get it for free. Other simpler decks are Marincess, Vaalmonica, Branded, etc.

Is funny but, I've played against 3 or 4 Fire King-Snake by now, 2 or 3 going 2nd, and I won all the games lol. Honestly I think Pure Snake (the deck played all the time before update) is slightly better than Fire King variant xp I'm playing Paleozoics✌🏻

You new here? MD has always been about a year behind the physical format. Just like the TCG is usually 3 months behind the ocg. Doesn't even make sense that you would expect a different format than the physical formats had with the same cards. I thought that was just common sense
