alr don't get me wrong. The CONTENT of this update I think is great, WHAT I DON'T think is great is 1. level caps: desolate deep was a great update. it scales with player progression and you could cooperate with your friends to get money and relics for it and it felt like a puzzle. 2. The devs need to start release proper PATCH NOTES for these updates adding items with NO NPCS giving info whatsoever and relying on CONTENT CREATORS WHO ARE NOT DEVS AND CAN SPREAD MISSINFORMATION IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE AN UPDATE.

Feels like the devs don't listen to the community at all. The QoL changes suck and don't even target the things that need tweaking. Also hope they bring back the previous rarity markers cause the new ones absolutely suck

While I agree with the top portion of this comment, for the lower portion I'll say that I can't speak for the rest of the content creators cause I get no free time to check their stuff but in my case I try my absolute best to get confirmation through either chat logs or direct contact with them. If the information changes a day or two later or even hours later when you're seeing that video it's completely out of my control.

Clever rod of the depths is way better, yeah wisdom rod gives good xp because of the ability, but look at its stats. it completely ruins the rod and mythicals like the captain goldfish will be very rare to catch when you use it

if you use deep coral bait while at the waterfall its literally 10x better than the gold fish because you can perfect catch every single high rarity fish (mythicals give like 18k xp if you have 2x gamepass and clever enchant)

From what I experience I gained 6 level from 503 to 509 to a goldfish while the ancient isle does give you good amount of exp I only gained 4 level from 509 to 513 No gamepass I get 8.6k for every catch in goldfish and 9k for every catch in ancient isle of mythical sea creature or a colossal squid but I rarely got them it's a good way to gain money and XP but I wouldn't recommend to grind XP on aurora here just like the depth I would grind this without any aurora But if u want to grind money and XP this would be a great place to grind but if u don't care about ur level only for money then u should just go to depth and if u want raise ur level then forsaken it is

I got it while tryna get hasty on mythical for this STUPID MYTHICAL DRIFTWOOD (still did not fish even the regular driftwood, cause i get it once per 2 weeks or whatsoever if not using the flimsy rod). Yeahh... I don't wanna spend millions tryna get the mythical appraisal.. Just gonna stick to rerolling the enchantments between abyssal and clever on depths rod.. Still will cost less. It's actually OP, cs the fish that ghost hands you over gives you exp too and i somehow get mythics and legendaries more often with the depths rod, than even with the destiny. And it's so dumb they added eclipse, it doesn't even boost your luck and you get the solarblaze mutation less often than the shiny one while using destiny rod. So dumb.

hey! i actually fish at ancient isles for exp, (With aurora and sometimes 4-8x) and i actually use deep coral, cuz literally every fish is gonna be a mythic or legendary, and i perfect catch them and it gives 11.5k exp per (with insight and 2x), and ngl its much better than forsaken personally (But i havent actually tested with aurora yet) but thats js my opinion! lmk abt yalls opinions (by the way, it took about 40 relics but i got it)

This is just prediction We have upgraded variant of the enchant Example Lucky +20% Luck ➡️ Divine +45% Luck (+25%) Swift +30% Lure speed ➡️ Hasty +55% Lure speed (+25%) Resilient +35% Resilience (Didn’t have upgraded variant yet) But we see the pattern of upgraded variant (it increase the percentage by 25%) So the Upgraded resilient Might Give us 60% Resilience Peace Out.

The Rod Of The Depths ghost does not give a fish that has the 2x xp boost from the enchantment. I suggest you still use ROTD with the Clever enchant, however if you have the No-Life Rod. Enchant it with Clever and you will get lvl 750 in a week.

If you’re wanting to level up, I’d say so, if there’s an Aurora Borealis then head to Forsaken Shores. If there isn’t just fish at the waterfall in Ancient Isles. That’s what I’ve been doing and it’s doing a decent amount of XP so far
