Also if you are a roamer, having a blitz, Monty and maybe fuze shield rush is not very cool, but that’s in general. The guy in the clip shot him once in the body so he’d be dead by literally any operator that Evan was.

@@cuppy1199 I don't think that's true though. I think they should have an equal fighting chance unless it's a blitz flash. The way it is now, if Monty eats your first melee even if you hit first, you lose and that's not very fun. Also if you play Monty and play with one person with you, best picks being a blitz or nomad you become near unkillable to anyone and there is almost no counter to you provided that the enemy team isn't a 5 stack. Nomad is an incredibly good Monty baby sitter because she can shoot lesion mines, shoot oryx, shoot people, airjab clash (that's the main reason for nomad pick) who is actually a big Monty counter. C4 and impact grenades do barely anything to Monty unless he backs into a C4 for some reason. His extendable shield makes it so it just delays the inevitable, yeah you can suppress him but what's that gonna do realistically. You can literally 2v5 a team with Monty + any other operator. Oryx in a 1v1 with Monty isn't even weighted on oryx winning.

@@WhatIsTheHeat Shields are strong in 1v1s, and fall over if you have a team, a shield is designed to win 1v1s, thats what blitz is, hes a roam clear, you shouldnt win a 1 with a shield. Thats their job. Monty is too powerful, thats not a symptom of shields its a symptom of monty. Hes an s tier op right now due to being harder to counter than he is to play with. But looking at shields just as a weapon, they are bad against teamwork, and strong against solo players, i think thats a good even playing field. If monty wasnt so overtuned (imo they should remove his ability to run with a shield like wth thats what made blitz special) shields would be in a good spot. Id argue blitz needs some attention, but im guessing ubi is ok with blitz being a bad op due to him being a pub menace. Also id like to see more ops given shields, a therm shield would be fun, it wouldnt be better than the 556, but itd be cool to see.

Back to the point: after all... the origin and the most famous rendition of the song is by a New Orleans musical artist, invented and written in New Orleans, while the song's genre (jazz) was invented in New Orleans as well. Even the wikipedia page for the song states "The tune is particularly associated with the city of New Orleans." To be frank, I didn't realized it was used in any other countries besides the US!

Least favorite part of shield ops is the amount of dysync as soon as you start to ADS, any shot to your shield gives the enemy Halo levels of aim assist and you can get headshot when they shoot 2 feet away frok your dome
