thank you my man for this, I decided to try a hardcore run and been looking for a simple to use sorc build without all the bells and whistles. got my necro to 100 so decided to do my first hardcore try....I have no faith in my gaming skills and will make some stupid mistake and die around level 15 MAYBE 20 but its all for the fun of playing video games !

i appreciate the build but honestly take one point out of teleport for mystical ice nova to create more vulnerable enemies, also id just skip elemental attunement entirely, even with lucky hit the chance to reset your armor isn't worth it cause you shouldn't be relying on it that heavily for this build, instead put the extra point into fireball cause the explosion damage scales off how much damage fireball itself does meaning if you have more point in it the enchantment explosion is stronger

I'm running quite similar build, and if there are 4+ enemies then I can spam frozen orb without running out of mana until everyone is dead. Aspect which increases attack speed up to +25% after crits really boosts the performance (Accelerating aspect) as the output is limited by AS and not mana. So much fun!

Something is different enchanting effect is unlocked at 30 so fire ball doesn’t do what you said it does or am I doing something wrong

im a seasoned sorcerer player since diablo released last year. Left sorcerer for a year, now i came back with Necro minion, level 100. Now i want to try my fave sorcerer build, level 41 now, so painful to clear elites. Wtf… it felt much easier with necro. Thanks for this video, i will not give up my sorcerer.. i will try your build

I tend to lean wand and focus. Just because of extra lucky hit and affixes

@nevekkree84 yes I agree and sorcerer already feels like the squishy class of the bunch, I definitely prefer a focus as well

Wand and focus is good for leveling because you have the attack speed and 2 aspects, when you’re in end game it’s good to have a staff because your staff aspect is multiplied by 100%, though not as fast but you obliterate and one shot.

@trolleymctrollsen yes this is true when ice shard sorc was meta I obliterated dungeons with 2 hand staff. I sure miss the classes being powerful

That's great news currently leveling necro,and druid it's the only 2 classes I've never played I played the other 3 classes way more so it's my first time playing a necromancer and druid. But after I level them up I'll go for sorc
