Saw one of these on the road yesterday, thing came up the side like a damn black batmobile, and disappeared off into the night down the duel carriage way in a blink, you could see the power in it hauling ass. I don’t think it’s that much about the engine as the rsq8 has 50 more nm, the wheel size also plays a big role in acceleration. Bigger wheels = slower acceleration. The rsq8 has 23 while the x6m C has 21 and 22.

I got my drivers license in 1974. Cars have evolved exponentially- unbelievable performance, luxury, safety, quality and fuel efficiency. A 1974 corvette only made 195 hp and did 0-60 in 6.8 secs while returning crappy mpg, rode hard and was a rattle trap after 20,000 miles. Navigation? A fantasy. 4wd was limited to trucks. Luxury cars were slow af. This is still the golden era of ice cars.

The "Hot V" is meant to put the turbos near a hot place in the engine (the inside of the cylinder banks). By doing so, the turbos are always at operational temperature, so the turbo doesn't need to spool up as much, meaning there is much less turbo-lag. Engineering Explained did an excellent video on it, explaining how it worked when Mercedes applied the same concept first. Everybody should go watch it!

M5 - it's nice ( benchmark in the class) M2cs - it's the only car in the segment with proper rear wheel drive and manual it's much hardcore sports car compared to rs3, but I agree rs3 is quicker off the line (only because of awd) and much practical but that doesn't require in this class if u go for track weapon X3m/x4m who told you that x3m a useless car it's much better than rivals and it does it's job quiet well, for x4m I'll agree it's most useless car personally I don't like it but that's what the segment wants and people buy it X5m (Benchmark of SUV) X6m - Rsq8 is much better in terms of technology & styling. But wait it's a performance SUV coupe segment where X6m outruns rsq8. Very handsome looking auto the X6M. The X6M threw me back in my seat when I tried it very powerful. I was also impressed with the X4M which I tested at NJ BMW UDE, (vid on my channel). It was surprisingly nimble and tossable for heavier autos.
