Burgage Plots consume 1 fuel, Families consume 1 food. So double plots save on fuel, not food. Says it in the supply tooltip!

Right so spamming doubles can actually bite you if you don’t watch yourself. If you do all doubles then your market supply or “eatable food” is only half what you consume because you only stock one food item per type per plot. For example, you build 50 double houses then you consume 100 food but you only have 50 max of each food type on the market unless you overstock greatly, so you could see where that might bite you with only one or two food sources. Not long term but definitely a morale hit.

You can’t as the “player” walk on the bridge however you can have your troops fighting on the actual bridge Oneproudbravian (if I’ve actually spelt it right) did this and it was fine. (Was either just an unfortunate bug for you or they’re stronger and one enemy unit pushed passed

Yeq, they definitely didn't push passed as it was a full spear unit, which can take on 4 squads of raiders. Just an unfortunate bug. All part of the fun

it's available on Steam only through the "beta Branch" currently. My guess would be it gets rolled out for everyone next week as normal patch

Well, if I compare to Foundation, Manor Lord is not that "beautiful", it's more realistic. In fact, when I play ML, I feel like I'm constantly on the brink of depression with its lack of light, rainy weather, mud, and so on.

I have seen this a few times both times, even though I 100% confirm I am not paused, I just hit pause and then immediately hit unpause amd it clears it. Also, there is rampant ox bugging in the river map, but not on the new mountain valley map. The slows down building when you have one or zero oxen working, but they don't stand still. It feels overall the rivers bug out a number of things, which is expected.
