Acid reflux is actually caused by low stomach acid. If the stomach acid is too low then the lower esophageal sphincter will not close properly. Mainstream Medical decides to fix this problem by lowering your stomach acid even more so that it does not bother you. The correct solution is to make the stomach acid more acidic. This will allow the sphincter to close. It will also help you digest your food better. Best way to fix it is with bitters before meals. It ramps up your stomach acid. It's rare that a civ even has access to both siege ram and siege onager--with siege engineers no less! Anyone have a stat on how many civs have this tech tree combo? It was always an under-rated part of the Bulgarians, but now is ridiculously easy to tech into! Seems broken cheap for a 50% siege upgrade discount! Honestly thought that Slavs should have their 15% discount on siege units also apply to upgrades, but would that be too strong for them?

From the top of my head: Ethiopians, Celts, Slavs, and Mongols. All of them are noticably better at siege than Bulgarians, although Bulgarians is probably better at getting into both siege rams and siege onagers much quicker than the others due to that massive discount, but when it is about all out siege war where everyone are fully upgraded, Bulgarians are definitely at the bottom of the list.

slav siege bonus is already strong. %15 discount for upgrades will be huge. technically slavs have 3 different eco bonuses; gold and wood saving for siege (7th siege unit is free basically), 25 wood saving (basically a free house, equal to malian, inca or somewhat hun bonus) for every military building, best farm bonus. you can even use market to get lots of siege on late game. giving another bonus related to discount would have make them op. (not mentioning free suplies since its rather a small bonus compared to others)

First bulgarians are Turkish tribe but they slavized in course of time. "Bulgar" is old Turkish word means irregular or rebellious (people). Some historian claims it means mixed (race) but irregular theory is accepted mostly. Turkish tribes took their name from their lifestyle or jobs they do. For example "Turk" word means "helmet" (Altai mountains which turks lived look like helmet) or "strong" (Uyghur dictionary says this because turks were strong warriors in history), or created (person or people by god).

This state is other part of Bulgar tribe and they are subordinate Khazar like Bulgars we are talking about. They speaks Turkish, they believe old Turkish religion Tengrism, They are nomad etc.

The supposed information about the language and the people comes from 300-400 years later. Applying that information to Magna Bulgaria, and even Danube Bulgaria, is logically wrong. Turkic element in Danube Bulgaria simply doesn't exist.
