Ehh it’s ok I guess. Yeah the mic is good but it pics up a lot of background noise, plus the iCue software needed to customize the headphones is completely broken. It gives the headset some buzzing noise and it’s all in all very hard to use. Sound quality is ok but nothing special.

Definitely late but I just purchased the HS80 with a couple of other wireless headsets to decide which is best for me on the PS5. I ended up keeping the HS80 and returned the Black shark V2 Pro and Logitech G Pro X wireless. The HS80 was the cheapest but felt the most premium build and it's microphone decimated the others. It's scary how good it is for a wireless headset. Sound quality is good and it supports Tempest 3D audio. I have them at about 80% volume and find them more than loud enough. I can wear them for a 6-8 hour gaming session without getting ear fatigue.

Got these 2 days ago. Could you please tell me if yours when charging does the RGB logo & mic light up? They are on mine & it seems a little odd because they don’t turn off even when the headset is fully charged & kept plugged in. The volume wheel is a bit stiff as well. The first click has to be forced like it’s jammed & then the clicks after that loosen up.

Yes it does but I have them turned off via ICUE software as they are useless and drains the battery faster.

@@JonJonChannel I’d love to turn them off but I play on PS5 & the altered settings in icue on PC do not save to the headset when plugged into PS5. I’ve had to put a small black elastic band around the mic LED to cover it because when I was playing at night in the dark it was making my left glasses lens glow giving me headache. Other than the RGB/LED & volume wheel I am very impressed with the headset. Neither of my complaints are a big deal though & are negligible.

It's plug and play on the PS5. I just plugged the dongle in and it works perfectly. And the microphone works perfectly.

It absolutely sucks. You can only connect them with the receiver or cable. And if you leave them connected with the cable it had this annoying voice that won’t shut up. Also the RGB light on the Mike simply can’t be turned off.

sorry but for the price the battery life is unacceptable. when hyperX clouds and the turtlebeach Atlas get 30 plus hours, and sound just as good for cheaper. all corsair headsets suck when it comes to battery life, you can get better for cheaper.

mic is one of the best(wireless), comfort is good (not the best) you can hear a lot around you, i have them for like 2 weeks, i did test in 22 years a lot of headsets, but i can tell you this headset out of the box, the sound is just terrible, like pure bad, the bass is like not there, if you bass heavy you need to change everything in dolby atmos, youtubers this days, the "sound fantastic" hahahahah your not gone hear a honest youtuber this days, money money make people pretend and be fake!
